How soon will my item ship?
Unless other wise noted in all items will ship in 5-7 day after payment is received. If you need it sooner please contact me to make arrangements.
What shipping service do you use?
USPS is always used to ship all items. If you would like a different method please contact us to make arrangements first.
Can I customize my item?
Custom orders are always welcome! If you see something you like but its not exactly the color or size you want, no problem. Just simply email us and we will be glad to assist you in coming up with the perfect item design for you.
You don't have what I am looking for?!?!
If you are looking for something that is not listed in our store chances are we may have it or can get it. Please contact us and we will be glad to try to fulfill all your needs.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We prefer paypal for payments. However we do accept checks* and cash*.
* Please note any items paid for by check will not be started until check clears this may delay your order up to 1 week.
* When sending cash we can not be held liable for cash lost in the mail.
